Beautiful hotel outside and inside. Very nice clean modern room; I like the wooden staircase and the stained glass. Coffee and breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was okay and the location was very convenient to a subway station allowing easy access to the airport without having to stay near the airport.
We had a room in the basement with a view to a cleaning corridor, so that we were unable to open the curtains. Kind of dingy and rundown.

Comfortable, spacious room with walk-in closet and table where you can get some work done
Heard guests in room upstairs moving around and stamping feet/luggage on floor

Location was good as was close to subway, downtown, etc - however neighborhood area is a bit "dicey". Room was fairly clean - but very basic.

The location was great.
The room was very old and stinky. No windows.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and staff are nice, the breakfast is a modest buffet served in a lovely bright dining room. It was also a very quiet place.
The room we had was small and dark.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and the subway station. The staff is very helpful and the room we stayed was very comfortable, though the heating system a little bit noisy. Very good to have free internet in the rooms. I had the opportunity to do my laundry too.
The breakfast could be better.

Hotel very comfortable and excellent attention from staff. Foremost was the ratio of quality to price, which would be hard to match in Toronto. Nice friendly ambiance, great location within walking distance of the heart of Toronto.

Location. Comfortable beds. Dressing room and large bathroom very convenient. Availaability of laundry facilities.
Breakfast based mostly on wheat products. Better selection of fruits desirable. Decor a bit run down.

Very peaceful (good night's sleep), comfortable spacious room, nothing to complain about the service
The location of the hotel not the most interesting, but subway station next door means easy access to livelier parts of the city
